2. Sample Approval
After we provide the quotation, Gulshan Textiles will create and send a sample of the requested fabric for your approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly examine the sample and approve it before any mass production begins.
- Sample Lead Time: The time frame for producing samples will be mutually agreed upon based on fabric specifications.
- Approval Process: Once the sample is reviewed, we require formal approval (written or digital confirmation) before proceeding with bulk production.
3. Order Delivery Timeline
Once the sample is approved and the order is confirmed, the production and delivery process will begin. Delivery typically occurs within 15 to 45 days from the date of sample approval, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
- Shipping Details: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Once the goods are dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and estimated delivery date.
4. Return and Quality Assurance Policy
We are committed to delivering top-quality fabrics, but in the unlikely event that there is a quality issue, Gulshan Textiles offers a 45-day return policy under the following conditions:
- Quality Issues: If there is a defect in the quality of the fabric received, a formal complaint must be launched within 45 days from the date of receipt.
- Return Process: Once the complaint is filed and verified by our team, we will arrange for a return or replacement of the defective goods.
5. No Damage Claim During Transit On Client Arranged Delivery
Once the shipment has been dispatched from our factory on customer arranged delivery, no claims for damages during transit will be accepted. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the goods are properly inspected upon delivery from the carrier. Any damages occurring in transit must be addressed directly with the shipping provider.
6. Limitations of Liability
Gulshan Textiles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, damages, or shipping delays beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gulshan Textiles reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website or direct communication with customers.
